Our goal is to enhance the full creative development of our students. We provide a variety of dynamic, high energy and fun group fitness and dance classes for adults. Our objective is for all students to go home with a sense of well-being and feeling inspired. Our young movers will receive exceptional training in dance so every dancer can achieve their full potential as artists. We strive to provide an environment that cultivates confidence and a positive self-image while building friendships that last a lifetime.

Ballet

Ages 3-4 & ages 5-8 Ballet/Tap with Roychelle Souza:
Roychelle’s class strives to coach every class with skill, energy and enthusiasm.

Ballet 1 and Ballet ages(4-6) with Colleen Griffin:
Colleen strives to encourage her dancers to self advocate and adapt the classical dance pedagogies to fit their individual bodies while providing resources for further education, research, and opportunities for all dancers. I have a somatic, integrated, individual approach to my coaching methods, working to prepare each dancer for their specific path. I believe in fostering skill sets that can be translated into other leadership skills to prepare each dancer with a strong basis for their future experiences.

Ballet 1 with Alex Cunningham:
Have you wanted to learn ballet but don’t know where to start? Join me at Step One to get the basics down and explore this graceful artform, one step at a time.

Ballet 2/3 with Alex Cunningham:
For intermediate ballet students, this ballet class will focus on developing dancer’s pre-existing knowledge of ballet technique and take it to the next level!

Ballet 4/5 with Alex Cunningham:
For intermediate and advanced ballet students, explore the finer details of the ballet, advanced combinations, and heightened musicality.

Contemporary Ballet 2/3 and 4/5 with Alex Cunningham:
Ballet with a twist! Professional ballet dancers today need to be well rounded movers who can shift dance genres from one beat to the next. This exploratory class will dive into contemporary ballet combinations that stretch the traditional bounds of what ballet is and can be.

Contemporary Ballet & Pre Pointe with Dacia Biletnikoff:
Class focuses on strengthening the foundation of these techniques in order to facilitate a wider rage of movement styles.

Variations with Alex Cunningham:
All those tendus at the barre do add up to something amazing – now let’s put it to use! Learn classical ballet variations from some of the most famous ballets such as Swan Lake, Don Quixote, and Giselle, as well as contemporary ballet variations by today’s most in-demand choreographers. Now is your chance to dive deep into character development, musicality, and artistry, and put all those tendus at the barre to good use!

Hip Hop

Age 3-4 & Age 5-8 Hip Hop/Tap & Tap I  with Monica Estey:
Monica helps her students to develop a passion and love for dance as they grow into amazing dancers. Monica’s classes are fun, creative, upbeat and full of energy.

Hip-hop with Amiana Godoy:
Amiana’s classes focus on foundations, musicality, grooves, and freestyle movement. The goal is to embrace individuality through dance.

Hip Hop with Ashlee Cook:
Ashlee’s classes are full hard hitting full body movements and focuses on attention to details within the music.

Hip Hop with Lee Burrows:
Lee’s class focus is on movement dynamics and the fun, performative side of the style. My goal is to create a fun space to learn hip hop, explore movement, and develop individual expression in a team setting.

Hip Hop with Marco Ruivivar:
Marco’s class is high energy. It gives room for dancers to add their personality with the moments and vibe along with the music.

Hip Hop with Rhia Guadalupe:
Rhia’s class is all about getting into the groove of the song. Primarily focuses on the details in the song and in the movement.

Hip-Hop with Vincent Martinez:
Vincent’s choreography with an emphasis on understanding musicality and developing one’s groove-ability.

Hip-Hop Teen Advanced Class with DZ Dobynes:
This class will mainly focus on advanced choreography, musicality, with hip-hop, funk style, and freestyle fundamentals.

Adult Hip-Hop with DZ Dobynes:
DZ’s class will mainly focus on understanding choreography, fundamentals, music and performance.

Jazz

Contemporary Jazz I & Jr. Jazz with Colleen Griffin:

Adult Jazz with EJ Aban:
Bringing moves inspired by the dancers on the court and the dancers on the stage. In Adult Jazz you’ll feel like you’re on Stage or on the court for a Halftime Performance. Bring the energy and bring the heat!

Contemporary Jazz with Amanda Kolodney:
Class we primarily focus on movement and performance quality, dynamics and technique.

Lyrical Jazz with EJ Aban:
In Lyrical Jazz, there will be a heavy influence on technique with contemporary qualities. Most of all, you’ll learn to tell stories with your movement.

Musical Theatre Jazz with Dana Urban Cole:
From the classic “Singin’ in the rain” to the current hit, “Hamilton”, explore the many dance styles that are all part of musical theatre. While gaining strength and endurance, you will have a fantastic time dancing the fun, wacky, disco-y, latin-y and hip-hopy movements of musical theatre. This class will also help you explore your performance abilities by teaching you acting techniques (in regards to movement and breath).

Tap

Tap with Pepper Von:
Better described as “Pep Tap”, is Broadway Rhythm tap meets Harlem Hoofing….this class focuses on FUN, technique, and FUN….
So come join Pepper and let your feet do the talkin.

Modern/Contemporary Movement

Modern/Contemporary Movement with Dacia Biletnikoff:
Class utilizing floor work, release and GaGa technique.

Improvisation with Dacia Biletnikoff:
Class is based around GaGa technique. Along with introducing the participants to different choreographic styles to help them understand their movement from a creator perspective.

Competition Teams

d-Blueprint with Danarsha Johnson:
Danarsha’s classes are focused on rhythm, freestyle, basic technique and choreography. It gives the kids a chance to explore, learn and add their own unique style to their movement. Very similarly, for d’Blueprint competitive team, She focus on those things plus precision, execution and team bonding to help foster a well rounded dancer on and off of the dance floor.

Fitness

Stretch Fusion with Pepper Von:
Improve the health of your muscle-skeletal system and overall well-being. Pepper will take your through a well balanced workout, incorporating stretch techniques, core balance training and guided, meditative relaxation.
This class is the perfect compliment to your cardio, dance and strength training classes. (This season is appropriate for all levels.)

Stretch & Strengthen with Alex Cunningham:
Becoming a strong dancer means treating your body right. Learn exercises and stretches to build core stability, leg and foot strength, and overall flexibility.

Barre Above with Rose Zahnn:
Rose’s class is a safe and effective, barefoot, low-impact, full body workout for all bodies and all fitness levels. It’s a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training.

Balletone with Rose Zahnn:
Rose’s class is a non-stop cardio dance, low-impact, variable intensity, workout for all levels. This ballet inspired class also has elements of yoga, pilates and fitness.

Fierce Funk with Pepper Von:
Fierce Funk is a new, exciting dance-fitness program founded by Pepper Von. Pepper’s creation combines an old school street style funk movement with a contemporary hip-hop feel, for an inspiring, fun and complete workout.

Sculpt & Define with Michele Coons:
Michele’s Class is for mental and physical heath, work out! Weights, HIIT, Tabata, Cardio

Yoga with Heather Foli:
Heather’s teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types. If you can breathe, you can benefit from yoga. Her unique approach to teaching is to offer students the opportunity to become the master of their temple, the body, through movement.

Cardio Yoga with Rose Zahnn:
A sweat drenched moving meditation for all fitness levels, rooted in yoga and based in science, merging physical, mental and emotional fitness, dynamic movement and mindfulness.

Zumba with Barreto Brothers:
This class is for everybody and every body! We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Zumba with LaToya Bufford:
Know as “Toya” has been teaching dance fitness for over 10 years. Toya loves dancing with, teaching, and just “vibing” with everyone. Her classes and workshops are filled with high energy, cool vibes, and lots of fun!
